1. What is Thread Drop?
Thread Drop is a premium fashion brand that offers exclusive, limited-edition drops with a focus on rarity, quality, and streetwear luxury. Every piece is designed to make a statement and is available only in limited quantities.
2. How do the drops work?
We release collections in limited drops. Once the stock is sold out, it’s gone for good. Follow us on Instagram and sign up for email/text alerts to never miss a drop.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
4. My payment failed—what should I do?
Payment failures usually occur due to high traffic during a drop or payment gateway issues. If this happens, we recommend trying again after a few minutes. If the issue continues, reach out to our support team at contact.threaddrop@gmail.com.
5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
All sales are final. Since we work on exclusive drops and limited inventory, cancellations or modifications are not allowed once an order is placed.
6. When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 2–4 working days and shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days depending on your location in India.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding internationally—stay tuned for updates.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also check the status from the “Track Order” section on our website.
9. What is your return policy?
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

11. What sizes are available?
We offer sizes ranging from S to XXL depending on the product. A detailed size chart is available on every product page—please check it before placing your order.
12. Do you restock sold-out items?
No. Once a drop is sold out, it’s gone forever. Each piece is designed to be part of a one-time collection to maintain its rarity.
